What is the duality of Pharmaceutical medicine? Sound Medicine?

Now I could post many articles on the effects of sound. Did you know that sound can make you feel nauseous or give you a headache? Have you seen the sound cannons coming out for crowd control? Have you heard of the iphone and android app called sound grenade? All negative applications which I just don't feel like spending a lot of time on.
