What is the duality of a Human employee? A robotic employee?
As you know i believe robotics will take us to higher unemployement meaning swhat? Fewer work hours for the human?????
Well it would mean something.
But the robot could never take the place of customer service could it? We all hate those computers answering when all we want to do is talk to a person? This computer does not sound so bad:
